You will be required to enter a valid card number to secure your booking. No payment is taken at time of booking however this protects our business from no-shows and last minute cancellations. Our policy is viewable upon booking your appointment.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation charge.
Arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment to ensure we are not rushed during your service.
Limited parking is available directly in front of the salon.
Attend appointments alone where possible. We do not have capacity for boyfriends, friends, family or children.
If you are a new customer, you will be required to complete a consultation form upon booking. Failure to do so within 48 hours of your appointment, will result in an automatic cancellation.
